Before pursuing her Hollywood career, Liza Soberano became one of the most popular actresses in the Philippines and was even labeled by some as the most beautiful in her generation.
However, the popularity of Soberano was slowly fading because of her recent statements that her former colleagues and netizens badly interpreted.
In her latest interview with Boy Abunda, Liza even said that she didn’t dream of becoming an actress.
However, some netizens tried to debunk the actress again by talking about her appearance in the popular segment of the noontime show Eat Bulaga.
Footage circulating on social media shows Liza appearing in ‘Juan for All, All for Juan’ carrying a popular shampoo brand.
The exact date of the incident was unknown, but according to a magazine, it was taken around 2010 before Liza became an actress.
It was supposed to be the first appearance of Liza on national television before rising to stardom.
In an interview by Philippine Entertainment Portal, the actress became a talent of GMA-7, the network handling Eat Bulaga for one week only.
Liza said that she didn’t feel working as a Kapuso because she’s already a fan of ABS-CBN before.
“Noong pumunta ako doon [GMA], alam mo yung… I didn’t feel at home. Siyempre gusto ko kung magtatrabaho ako, masaya ako.” she said.
“Hindi ko lang na-feel. Kasi dati pa lang, ABS na po ang pinapanood ko, so gusto ko talaga ABS.” she added.
