List of personalities face libel, estafa and inciting to sedition case over Bikoy videos

The PNP-CIDG files different charges against the members of opposition including Vice President Leni Robredo over the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos that originally uploaded on Youtube several months ago.

In a statement from the Department of Justice (DOJ) the file was based on the sworn statement of Peter Joemel Advincula, also known as “Bikoy” the hooded man who narrated the stories against President Duterte, the first family and close allies of the administration in a series of videos.

Advincula was assisted by Atty. Larry Gadon who said that there’s much evidence that could prove that the opposition members are involved in the production of the video.

“Napakaganda ng kaso, napakaraming ebidensya,” Gadon said.

The complaint showed the names of personalities facing charges, some of them are powerful politicians, well-known lawyers and members of the Catholic Church.
