According to Angelica, her participation in their pageant might help her overcome her problems amid the feud with her son.

“I wish to speak to Angelica. Maybe I can, you know, be somehow a relief to her. Kahit coffee lang. She’s very much welcome to join Mrs. Philippines 2025. Why not?” said Erika.

Erika also admitted that she understood Angelica’s current situation.

“I think na naging gymnast yung mga anak niya because naghirap din siya for it. She surely sacrificed a lot of things para ma-suportahan lahat ng anak niya. And I believe in the goodness and kindness of motherhood,” she said.

“So my advice to Miss Angelica Yulo is to love yourself. Stop crying. Always smile,” she added.

Aside from Angelica, Erika also welcomed all mothers and wives to join the event.

She said that even ordinary people could join the pageant as they wanted to push for women’s empowerment.

“Being married is not limited to having a child or being married alone. It also includes those who are widowed or who are single moms who [still] remain mothers to their children no matter what the journey is. The pageant serves as a platform to extend these women’s advocacies,” the organization’s statement read.

As of this writing, Angelica has yet to respond to the invitation.

“You pray to God, and you listen to your parents. That’s my most secret. And when you grow old, you have to honor your parents para i-bless ka ni Lord. Yun lang naman yun eh. Yun yung payo ko sa mga kabataan,” he added.

Ryan went viral on social media because of his timely advice, which netizens believed could be applied now amid the issue being faced by two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo.

Atty.

A lawyer gave his opinion amid the issue between a pet owner and a posh restaurant in Tagaytay.

It can be recalled that Balay Dako in Tagaytay was facing criticism on social media after a customer complained about how the restaurant management barred his Aspin pet, Yoda’ from entering the establishment.

The customer received support on social media, especially from the Animal Rights group.

However, Atty. Wilfredo Garrido said that restaurants should not give access to pets in the first place and called the said practice unsanitary.

“Enough of these self-entitled folks who insist in bringing their pets inside restaurants.  We don’t want to eat beside your dogs or cats or what call your “fur babies”. Or snakes or monkeys, for that matter. It’s simply unsanitary,” said Garrido.

“We don’t want to dine out with fur floating around or something slobbering or barking in the nearby tables. Or smelling something unpalatable. Or using plates or utensils that might have been touched in the slightest by the paws or bodily fluids of these critters. Your place is worse than a hospital ward. It’s okay to bring your pets into the corridors. Or hallways. Or churches, even. Or inside hospital wards. But inside eating places, no effing way,” he added.

He also believed that food establishments allowing customers with dogs must  not pass any sanitary inspection.

Garrido’s post has already received hundreds of reactions as of writing.

Former PDEA agent Jonathan Morales strongly believed that the government could not control the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) if the said religious group ever faced the same situation as the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC)

Morales explained in a statement that INC, which has 5 to 6 million members worldwide, would be more difficult to pacify.

He added that aside from numbers, INC was also more influential among politicians.

“Kaya ‘yong ginagawa nila sa KOJC, hindi nila magagawa ‘yan sa Iglesia ni Cristo,” he said.

“Kasi ultimo ano, ‘yong mga politiko kasi naka-sa sa tulong ng Iglesia ni Cristo,” he added.

It can be recalled that some members said that the situation of KOJC could bring a ‘chilling effect’ on other religious groups who might oppose the government.

KOJC’s leader, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, was known to criticize the current administration before the government decided to pursue him.

Some netizens were impressed that Jhong could afford to enroll Sarina in an expensive private school, but he decided not to.

“I’m truly impressed by your humility and down to earth approach to parenting. While many celebrity parents might choose elite, private schools for the kids, you’ve taken a different path by enrolling your child in a regular day care,” one of Jhong’s fan said.

“This decision speaks volumes about your values and priorities as a parent, it’s also shows you value a normal , grounded upbringing for your child, and it’s truly inspiring and refreshing to see someone in your position making such a relatable choice,” she added.

Sarina’s mother, Maia Leviste Azores was happy to hear all the praises they received from the netizens.

“Thank you so much for the kind words. I really don’t think there is a perfect formula in raising any kid but the things you have mentioned are exactly the things we want to achieve for Sarina,” she said.

“Di ka ba nasabihan ng parents mo? I am happy with you being together with Caloy pero learn to respect your elders,” he added.

According to Valentine, Chloe’s treatment of Carlos’ parents might mirror her real attitude toward her own relatives.

“Tandaan mo, pag hahanap ka ng partner titingnan mo kung paano niya ituring ang mga magulang niya kasi pag nagpakasal kayo at matagal na magsama ganun ka din ituturing ng partner mo,” he stated.
