Kat Alano couldn’t hide her sadness on how social media was being used nowadays.

In her tweet, the former VJ said that some netizens only used social media to wait for someone to make mistake so they could criticize them instead of using the internet for more useful things.

“I feel like some people just lurk on social media waiting for something they can criticise. Why aren’t we having more conversations about what social media is doing to society as a whole again?” Alano asked.

She still believed that social media platforms could still be used to help other people.

“Twitter is a good place for supporting strangers who need it. If you see someone tweet about having a bad day, send them a message of support. You never know how much a kind message can change someone’s day,” she said.

It can be recalled that Alano received criticisms on social media for claiming that a famous celebrity took advantage of her in the past.

Celebrities like Alex Gonzaga and Donnalyn Bartolome also received criticisms for their mistakes that they posted on social media.

Cristy Fermin revealed that the name of the celebrity mentioned by Willie Revillame that the television host publicly criticized social media.

Revillame mentioned that he let the parents of the said celebrity live in his house during the wedding of the man he was mentioning.

He even gave a job to the said celebrity in the past.

“Nag-Ingles-Ingles ka pa! Naging kasama ka namin sa production. Kapag pumapasok ka, di ba natutulog ka? Papasok ka sa dressing room ko, ‘Kuya Wils, I cannot do this. You know, I feel so dizzy.’ May mga ganoon-ganoon ka pa sa akin.”

“Baka nakakalimutan mo, ikinasal ka sa Tagaytay? Sa akin natulog ang nanay at tatay mo, sa bahay ko sa Tagaytay. Ang galing-galing mong sumayaw, malapit ka sa Diyos, ang pamilya mo. Nagko-comment ka ngayon. O ano, baka nakalimutan mo, kinupkop ko kayo nung kakasalin ka sa Tagaytay. Napahiwalay ka.

“Hindi ko ito isinusumbat. Yan ang gusto niyo, malaman ng mga tao yung totoo. Huwag kayong ganyan! Tumingin kayo sa pinanggalingan… Tumingin kayo sa inutangan nyo ng utang na loob dahil ako, marunong ako [tumanaw] ng utang na loob.” Revillame said.

According to Fermin, Revillame was referring to Gab Valenciano.

It can be recalled that Valenciano became a director of Revillame’s show Wowowin.

Valenciano reportedly took a swipe against Revillame after an edited video of the host went viral.

Fermin told Revillame to mention Valenciano directly.

“Ang tinutukoy mo ay si Gab Valenciano, na anak nila Gary at Angeli na gumamit ng bahay mo.” Fermin said. “Wag po tayong magtago sa palda ng iba, wag po tayong magtago sa blind item, wag po tayong magpakaduwag na magsabi,” Fermin said.

The Valenciano family has yet to give a response to Revillame’s claim.

Cristy Fermin gave her reaction after television host Willie Revillame made a public apology to her.

It can be recalled that Fermin criticized Revillame when the latter reminded her of the things he gave to her including a condominium unit and a car.

However, Fermin denied that Revillame gave the said properties to her without doing any effort.

Revillame apologized, saying that he didn’t watched the whole statement of Fermin and only relied to the people who told him about the news.

On her February 9 episode of the show, Fermin said that she already forgiven Revillame.

However, she clarified some of the details said that Revillame yesterday during his apology statement.

“Lilinawin ko po na ako lang po ang nagmura sa kanya. Hindi po ako minura ni Willie Revillame,” she clarified.

She also asked why Revillame only apologized to her and not to the other people he criticized including Ogie Diaz.

“Yung mga panahon na ‘yun kung naalala mo Willie kung naalala mo pa, hindi ka pa masyadong malaking malaking artista ito panahon na kailangan mo ng espada na tutusok sa mga kalaban na nagbabagsak sa’yo.” Ogie said.

“Isa si Ogie Diaz sa mga mapaninindigan ko na tumulong na sayo ng pagkalaki laki kaya ‘yung 50,000 na isinumbat mo sa kanya, sampung doble mo dapat sinabi ‘yun kulang pa ‘yung half million kung tutuusin,” she added.

Fermin claims she saved Revillame from the lawsuit:

Fermin also revealed during the said episode that she saved Revillame from a potential lawsuit after pointing a weapon at a balikbayan.

“May tinutukan ka ng baril noon, pamangkin ni Rod Ongpauco, nagpa-blotter na, kakasuhan ka nalang at isasampa na, ginawa ko nalang magpakapal ng mukha at humingi ng tawad sa balikbayan at kay tito Rod.” she narrated.

“Sabi ni tito Rod, ‘dahil ikaw ay nirerespeto ko at mabuti kang kaibigan ng pamilya ko hindi na namin kakasuhan si Willie Revillame’ marami tayong gerang pinagsamahan.

“Hindi ko akailan na magagawa mo sakin na sumbatan ako na ako’y binigyan mo ng isang condo unit at isang sasakyan na alam nating dalawa sa sarili natin na pinagtrabahuhan natin, hindi ko ito hiningi.

However, she’s still thankful that Revillame quickly humbled himself and made a public apology to her.

Columnist Lolit Solis couldn’t hide her disappointment about a certain individual who loves to remind people about the things they received from him.

It can be recalled that television host Willie Revillame went viral on social media after he said that he would name the people who received help from him, but now criticizing him because of the issue being faced by AllTV.

In her Instagram post, the veteran columnist and talk show host talked about the bad effects of telling people that they’re indebted to them.

“Isang bagay ang hindi maganda Salve pag nagkaruon kayo ng falling out ng dati mong kaibigan. Iyon magsumbatan kayo ng mga bagay na ibinigay nyo sa isa’t isa. Ang samang pakinggan lalo na at materyal na bagay ang pinag-uusapan o kaya isinusumbat. Kasi basta ibinigay mo, dapat tapos na dahil binigay mo na. Imposible din na magbigay ka na walang ginawa para sa iyo ang binigyan mo. For sure kaya ka nagbigay dahil grateful ka sa nagawa ng tao na binigyan mo.” Solis said.

Solis remembered Regal Films’ owner Lily Monteverde, popularly known as ‘Mother Lily’ who also warned people about taking back the things she gave to them, but people didn’t take it seriously because they knew that the producer was only joking.

Iyon alam mo na hindi seryoso at dala lang ng biglang galit na madali din naman mawala. Saka lahat halos sa showbiz may tinatanaw na utang na loob kay Mother Lily kahit gaano kaliit.” she stated.

The columnist then reminded her readers that they should stay away from people who love to remind others about the help they received from them.

She even called those kind of people as ‘worthless individual’.

“Pag bigay, bigay. Dapat buong puso ang pagbibigay, walang sumbatan. Wala dapat bawian. Kaya iwasan nyo mga tao na mahilig manumbat. Walang kuwenta ang mga ganitong tao, be careful , bongga,” she stated.

It’s not known if she’s referring to Revillame.

It can be recalled that Solis asked her former co-host Cristy Fermin to tell Revillame that they wanted an iPhone 13 as a Christmas gift.

“Tutal talagang madali lambingin ni Cristy si Willie Revillame kaya parang done deal na ang hinihingi natin IPhone 13, kundi lagot siya kay Japs Gersin at Tina Roa, di namin siya tatantanan ng katatawag, hah hah. Kaya Willie Revillame, sagutin mo na ang tawag ni Cristy, para happy na kami nila Salve at Mr Fu.” Solis wrote.

It seems that Lai Austria was enjoying all the publicity she received after her making a joke after meeting television host and actor Dingdong Dantes went viral.

It can be recalled that Austria received criticisms from the fans of Dingdong’s wife, Marian Rivera after the starlet joked about having a private video with the actor.

“Wait nyo ung sc*nd*l namin,” Austria said.

Instead of stopping, Austria even tagged Rivera who’s rumored to be protective to her husband.

“Nananawagan ako ky ate Marian Rivera ngaun araw lang.” she said.

“Wag ka magalala ate Marian Rivera ikaw thanks GOD ako thanks DOC parehas my O at D,” she added.

In another post, Austria even posted a photo of her eating a popular snack ‘Dingdong’ and paired it with pineapple juice and a menthol candy.

“Ang sarap mo,” Austria said.

Some netizens asked if Austria was trying to get the attention of Rivera like the style of some influencers to gain popularity on social media.

Dingdong has yet to release a comment about the incident.

Meanwhile, some fans of the celebrity couple urged Family Feud to be careful next time on choosing their guests as they might use the actor again to gain popularity.
