Television host Kim Atienza was known for actively interacting with his fans on social media.

His activeness on social media even caused him to face some issues including the criticisms he was receiving after liking a tweet with messages against his former co-host Vice Ganda.

In one of his workout videos where he lifted a 122.47kg barbell, some netizens praised the host for having a fit body, but some also made hilarious comments asking if he was interested to sign with Vivamax and be a leading man for Aj Raval and Angeli Khang.

“Hoping makita kita kuya kim sa vivamax together with angela khang and aj raval.” netizen Lester said.

“Ou nga viva max kuya kim aj raval en angela khang tpos ikaw bubuhos ng gatas,” netizen Je commented.

Kuya Kim quickly responded to the netizens telling them that he was not interested to become part of Vivamax.

It can be remembered that Kuya Kim started to live healthy and fit again after suffering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome which costs him P300,000-500,000 per day because of its expensive medication.

“I was praying to the Lord, I made a deal with the Lord. I said, ‘If you make me well, I will be the best Kim I can be. I will be the healthiest Kim I can be. And He made me well.” Kuya Kim said.

Radio host cries foul after Marcos Loyalists claims that ‘Rody The Bear Project’ is just a cash grab: “We do not deserve this.”

A radio host and supporter of former President Rodrigo Duterte expressed dismay over the claims of some Marcos Loyalists called the charity project they were promoting a cash grab.

In a Facebook post, Mark Lopez posted several screencaps of the discussion in a pro-Marcos group questioning the legitimacy of the ‘Rody The Bear Project’, a project to raise funds for Duterte’s favorite charity for House of Hope.

House of Hope is a charity group that takes care of children with cancer.

Aside from Lopez, influencers including Krizette Laureta Chu who’s also behind the fundraising for Duterte’s birthday gift also participated to promote the project.

According to the screencaps, a certain ‘Grace Cotoco’ shared the post of Lopez asking the netizens to avail the said teddy bears, saying that its proceeds will go to the House of Hope.

However, Cotoco and other members of the said group became suspicious of the project.

“Wala na pera yung tatay nila?! Hahaha” a netizen said.

Even Cotoco said that the influencers supporting the former president were doing everything to improve the reputation of Duterte.

Cotoco said.

In a lengthy post, Lopez called the claims of Cotoco ‘disgusting’ and full of lies.

Lopez said.

It can be remembered that there’s a rumored rift between the political influencers because of their different opinions on the current administration.

As of writing, Cotoco and her post has been removed already from the group.

Mon Tulfo, tila itinakwil na nila Ben, Erwin at Raffy: “Pls do not associate us T3 with Ramon”

It seems that controversial columnist Mon Tulfo was on his own now after one of his brothers, Ben Tulfo announced that he and his other siblings already associated themselves with the former.

Mon received criticism on social media because of his fierce statements against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and his family.

His criticisms also caused him to reportedly be fired from the Philippine Star as a columnist after his article about First Lady Liza Marcos.

Even his brothers were already criticized by netizens who supported the current administration, including Ben.

However, Ben told the netizens that the ‘T3 Brothers’ which includes him, former Social Welfare Secretary Erwin, and Senator Raffy were already distanced themselves from Mon.

“Pls do not associate us T3 with Ramon. We distance ourselves T3 from him and his activities or his style of journalism. I love my profession as a Journalist and the ethics of the profession. It’s a vocation. Don’t know about him. We T3 stand together as bond of brothers for the weak and those who can’t defend themselves. Period.” he said.

It’s not yet known if there’s a feud between Mon and his other siblings because of his contradicting belief about the administration.

In 2012, the T3 brothers used their now-defunct program on TV5 to defend their brother Mon after an encounter between Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto.

Because of their statements, MTRCB ordered the suspension of T3 for three months.

Wency Cornejo discloses that her mother Mel Tiangco receive offers to join politics: “She doesn’t want to get stressed out”

Wency Cornejo revealed that his mother Mel Tiangco has been tried to convince by some individuals several times to enter politics.

The 55-year-old OPM artist, best known for being the vocalist of AfterImage said that his 67-year-old mother refused the offers because the well-known journalist believed that politics is going to give her stress.

“It’s very, very magulo, e, she says. Especially at her age, she doesn’t want to get stressed out. And kahit kami as her children, ayaw din namin ma-stress nanay namin. At her age, she needs to be resting and just enjoying the fruits of her labor.” Cornejo explained.

Despite having politician relatives like Navotas Mayor John Tiangco and Rep. Toby Tiangco, Cornejo also refused to join politics.

According to Cornejo, he’s not the type of person who knows how to handle things diplomatically.

“No, definitely not me. I have no patience—pangit man pakinggan ‘to—I don’t like dealing with people.” he said.

It can be recalled that Cornejo openly supported the BBM-Sara tandem in last election and he even criticized his friends for forcing him to support other candidates.

“Why can’t people just accept that the reality of a person depends on where his life experience is at the moment? A 6 may look like a 9 depending on what angle you’re looking at it from. Vote and campaign for who you want but please mga kaibigan, be human beings and not rabid, wild animals while you’re at it. This goes for everybody. Lahat tayo are guilty of being this way.” the OPM icon said.

It seems that Jelai Andres just decided to ignore the declaration of love of her former partner Jon Gutierrez to her.

Jon admitted in an online interview on February 4 that he still loves Jelai even though they had already separated several times because of alleged cheating.

Jon said.

The rapper also revealed that the concubinage charges filed by Jelai against him were still ongoing.

He also apologized to Jelai for what he did, but he insisted that he was still in love with her and wanted her to be happy.

Despite his sweet messages, Jelai refused to make any reaction to the interview a sign that she was unwilling to reconcile again.

In 2022, Jelai formally filed the charges against her former partner, saying that she had evidence that Jon had an extramarital affair with another woman.

If proven, Jon might face several months or years behind bars and also required.

However, some remaining ‘JoLai’ fans were still hoping that the two just set their problems privately and end their legal battle.

Cristy Fermin reacted to the current criticisms being received by her so-called ‘anak-anakan’ Willie Revillame.

It can be remembered that for several days, Revillame was receiving negative comments from the netizens after he addressed the celebration of some critics of the decision of AllTV management to temporarily stop some of their shows.

Revillame said.

In her online show ‘Cristy Ferminute’, the showbiz columnist admitted that Revillame has a boastful attitude.

Cristy said.

However, Cristy clarified that there’s a reason why Revillame was showing a negative attitude recently.

Excited siya.” she explained.

Wala pong ganun.” she added.

There were rumors that Revillame might quit temporarily from hosting because of the recent developments happening in AllTV and also due to the advice of his doctors.

Lito Lapid admits that people still belittle him because of his education: “Ano ang magagawa ko, anak ako ng labandera?”

Action star and Sen. Lito Lapid admitted that despite what he achieved in life, some people still look down on him.

In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), Lapid said that despite being a senator, some people still belittled him because of his educational background.

It can be recalled that Lapid didn’t finish college because he decided to pursue his career as an actor.

According to him, he accepted that he didn’t finish college because he came from a low-income family and had no choice but to work after finishing high school.

He believed that people still making fun of his educational background were only jealous because he had achieved so much in life.

Kasi, mahal ako ng Panginoon,” he said.

Lapid started his showbiz career as a stuntman, and during the 1970s, he began to rise to stardom.

He first attempted to enter the world of politics in 1992 and ran as Vice Governor of Pampanga but lost to his opponent.

He then ran in 1995 as Governor of the same province and won, and in 2004 became a senator.

Experts believed that the popularity of Lapid in showbusiness made him a successful politician, but some people still thought he was incompetent to become a lawmaker.

Ivana Alawi files ‘estafa’ charges against her former business partners selling collagen drink

Internet celebrity Ivana Alawi finally decided to file charges against her former business partner, a manufacturing company allegedly making collagen drinks.

According to Alawi, she paid 4.8-M pesos to 888 Paragons Golden Dragonz Manufacturing Corporation in exchange for her to become an exclusive distributor of a collagen drink that she formulated.

The influencer claimed that the said manufacturing company vowed only to manufacture the collagen drink for Alawi. Still, two days after paying the P4.8-M, she discovered that 888 Paragons allegedly made a copied-version of her product.

“I was promised that the collagen-boosting product would be formulated according to my specifications and the distributorship of the flavored melon drink would be exclusive to me as soon as I made the downpayment,” Alawi said in the compliant.

“[888 Paragons] proceeded to release the collagen drink replicated from the product specifications that my team and I relayed to them during product development meetings,” she added.

“The company purposely misled me into believing that I would be the exclusive distributor of the melon-flavored drink, but they were already starting to create and sell a competing product.

Alawi also said that she tried to settle things privately, but the company ignored her messages.

“To date, my attempts have been in vain. The respondents have been openly flaunting the windfall they got from me and the profits they allegedly made from the copycat product, which was manufactured using ingredients of poor quality,” she said.

As of writing, the said manufacturing company has yet to give comment to Alawi’s accusations.
