On April 23, 2024, ABS-CBN and ALLTV executives signed a contract to air TV Patrol and other shows of the Kapamilya Network on the station owned by the Villar family.

“Beginning May 13, ALL TV viewers can catch selected all-time favorite Kapamilya teleseryes from Jeepney TV in different parts of the day, including primetime, and get the latest important news from TV Patrol,” ABS-CBN statement reads.

During the contract signing, All Value Holdings Corp. president and CEO Camille Villar gave a short speech expressing her pride in the historic deal.

“We are very proud and honored to be celebrating today the start of what we hope is going to be a long, fruitful, and good partnership between AMBS and ALLTV, as well as ABS-CBN,” said Villar. “We’re very excited to welcome ‘TV Patrol,’ which is the longest-running news show in the Philippines,” she said.

“We are honored to have them on ALLTV, as well as the rest of the content from Jeepney TV. We look forward to more collaborations ahead, to more good news ahead, and a very long and fruitful partnership,” she added.

However, some netizens reminded Villar that she was one of the lawmakers who opposed ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal.

“Never Forget,” netizen JPT said.

“Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar was one of the “Serpent 70″, who voted YES to deny the franchise renewal of ABS-CBN during the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte. She is rumored to run for Senate in #Halalan2025 since her mother, Sen. Cynthia Villar, is term-limited,” netizen Ronald commented.

“Such flowery words from someone who voted against the renewal of ABS CBN’s franchise, and has the gall to plaster her face all over town as if we needed reminding that Lent is a somber event,” netizen Bisdak remarked.
