Content creator Jinky Cubillen-Anderson, also known as ‘Madam Kilay,’ publicly called out her sister, Joy Cubillen, for allegedly withdrawing the money she entrusted to her.
In a series of social media posts, Jinky asked her sister to return her money amounting to P2.5-M.
According to her, she tried to reach out to her sister, whom she considered her right-hand many times, but she kept being ignored, so she decided to inform the public about the issue.
“Baka gusto mo ilabas ang pera ko Joy Cubillen, kasi may mga pinapasahod akong tao! Gusto mo pa ata luluhod ako sayo! Di ka madala sa maayos na usap naka block pa ko pwes ipapabasa naten to sa mga chismosa para makarating sayo!” she said.
“KAPATID KONG MUKHANG PERA JOY CUBILLEN INSTANT MILLIONARIO KA!! LORD PLEASE TULUNGAN MO PO AKO!!” she added.
Jinky also made a live stream to narrate her problems to her followers, saying that putting her bank account under her sister’s name was a huge mistake.
She said she worked so hard to earn that kind amount of money, which her sister eventually took without any effort.
The content creator said her sister was the one who represented her in the Philippines as she was currently living abroad.
Jinky never thought that her sister would betray her.
“Pinagkatiwalaan ko ‘yung ate ko, ipinangalan ko sa kanya lahat [ng ari-arian at bank account ko] ang laking pagkakamali ko talaga,” she said.
“Bakit ko ipinagkatiwala? Kasi kapatid ko eh, akala mo mapagkakatiwalaan mo kasi nga kapatid mo. Sa lahat ng pera ko sa kanya nakapangalan, then lumago ‘yung business ko ngayon syempre ang tao nasisira sa pera, inuunti unti pala ako ng ate ko hindi ko alam,” she added.
