Fifteen years after ‘Master Rapper’ Francis Magalona’s passing, former flight attendant Abegail Rait finally confirmed the rumors surrounding the legendary singer and Eat Bulaga Dabarkads.
On October 17, Abegail claimed that she had a relationship with Francis, resulting in one child, Gail Francheska.
“For 15 years nanahimik ako, I didn’t say anything about me and my daughter. Siguro naman ito na lang ‘yung karapatan na pwede kong magawa para sa kanya (anak ko),” said Abegail.
“Kasi hindi naman ako nagsalita. I know people will judge me, but we exist. What we have is real… Mahal niya kami, and that’s a fact,” she added.
After Abigail’s revelation, netizens remembered the statement made by Francis’ colleague and close friend, Joey de Leon, in 2009 about the last wish of the master rapper.
According to Joey, he received a text message from Francis before he passed away, but he did not want to disclose it.
Joey said that he deleted the message to protect the said secret.
“One thing na puwede kong ibigay na clue, dying wish ’yon. Hintayin lang muna nating humupa ang sitwasyon, sasabihin ko rin kung ano ’yung text message niya sa akin.’’ he said.
Several netizens speculated that the message sent by Francis was related to his family to Abegail.
