On July 20, the top-rated noontime show on TV5 introduced ‘Gimme 5: Laro ng mga Henyo,’ a game nearly similar to Pinoy Henyo but with some twists.

The show introduced an A.I version of E.A.T co-host Allan K, which was tasked to give instructions to the contestants.

Another difference noticed by the netizens was that Gimme 5 used a big screen to show the mystery word instead of the traditional helmet being used in Pinoy Henyo.

Despite the differences, fans of E.A.T still saw the excitement of the game, and some even said that it was more fun than Pinoy Henyo.

Ryza Cenon and Louise Delos Reyes won the first episode of the said segment.

Currently, Eat Bulaga also introduced a segment similar to Pinoy Henyo called ‘Word of the Rings’ amid the trademark battle between TAPE Inc, the producer of the Kapuso noontime show, and TVJ Productions.

TAPE claimed the ownership of Eat Bulaga title and its segments, including ‘Pinoy Henyo,’ which made the production company use a different title for their new game.
