A netizen gave a fast food chain staff a big lesson after he ordered her to cook 100 orders of burgers.
In a Facebook post, Carl Quion narrated the story while trying to buy 10 burgers in a popular chain Angel’s Burger which is known for its ‘Buy one, take one’ promo.
According to him, he was only supposed to buy ten burgers, but he noticed that the staff was trying to get busy with other things instead of working.
Quion said that he waited for 30 minutes so the staff would finish using her phone.
“Me: Te ok na? Tindera: Ilan ba?! Me: Sampu Tindera: Sampu lang? Me: Ge isang daan!!!” Quion wrote.
The lady didn’t accept any orders just to finish the 100 burgers ordered by the netizen.
He then distributed the burgers to strangers for free.
The netizen clarified that he was not against the said burger chain but he advised them to teach their staff proper manners.
“Hindi ako hater ng Angel’s Burger a, Sa totoo lang idol ko kayo at mahal ko ang brand nyo at nagpapasalamat din ako dahil sa marami kayong nabubusog na mga pilipino sa murang halaga ng inyong produkto. Pero Angel burger po kasi, Tapos yung ugali ng tindera pang devil,” he said.
Quion also addressed the criticisms he received, saying that he helped the vendor to reach her quota.
“Pinahirapan? Bumili lang ako, at anong masama? tinulungan ko pa nga sya maka quota e.
Nag sayang ng pera? Nope, Pinamigay ko ang mga burgers sa kalsada,” he said.
Quion’s post received 47,000 shares as of writing.
