TVJ shows force and performed Eat Bulaga theme song amid the rumored takeover of the Jalosjos family in the noontime show

The legendary trio ‘TVJ’ consisting of Former Senate President Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, expressed their love to their fans by singing the theme song of Eat Bulaga.

TVJ sang the song that has been listened to by their fans for almost four decades and has already had several changes.

Aside from the trio, all the current hosts of the noontime song sang along with them.

The trio also shared some facts about the song, saying that the theme song of Eat Bulaga was composed by Vic, and the one who thought about the title of the noontime show was Joey.

Meanwhile, the former senate president said he was the show’s manager’.

Some fans interpreted the performance as a show of force amid the rumored takeover of Romeo Jalosjos in the management of Eat Bulaga.

They also believed that the trio also reminded those allegedly wanting to control Eat Bulaga that they’re the foundation of the noontime show.

The lyrics of Eat Bulaga’s theme song already underwent several changes, from “Mula Aparri hanggang Jolo” they already changed it to “Mula Batanes hanggang Jolo.” as a response to the complaint of the residents of Batanes who felt they were left out.

Aside from the TVJ, they also included Aiza Seguerra and Coney Reyes in the lyrics, but later on, they got removed in 1998.
