Director Darryl Yap didn’t mince words against his ‘hero’ veteran filmmaker Joel Lamangan after the latter’s repeated criticisms against him.
During the press conference for his latest movie, Yap urged Lamangan to stop telling lies and promote his film ‘Oras de Peligo’ without dragging anyone’s name.
It can be recalled that Yap and Lamangan’s movies were being shown at the same time in theaters which started a rivalry between the two.
Yap said.
The 36-year-old director said that Lamangan should stop spreading his claims that he was not being supported by producers because of his beliefs.
It can be recalled that Lamangan claimed that Yap was trying to match his movie because the latter wanted to hide the truth behind the Marcos family.
At takot sila.” Lamangan said.
