Former DZMM host Jobert Sucaldito expressed his sympathy to Daryl Ong and Bugoy Drilon, who reportedly got removed to ABS-CBN because of their comments about the franchise issue of the television network giant.
In a lengthy post, Sucaldito was disappointed over what happened to Ong and Drilon because what the two talented artists experienced was almost the same as what happened to him.
At the same time, the entertainment host and writer expressed his admiration to Ong who didn’t forget to thank his former network for the opportunity they gave to him.
Sucaldito described the reason for ABS-CBN to remove most of their talents and employees as shallow and acting like Gods that could end someone’s career in just one snap.
“Masyadong mababaw ang karamihan sa mga dahilan ng ABS-CBN sa pagtanggal ng marami nilang trabahador. imagine, yung isang simpleng kuwentuhan lang with friends (Bugoy and company) would lead sa pagkasibak nila sa network without even giving them the chance to air their side of the story,” Sucaldito said.
According to Sucaldito, some celebrities forced to have a good relationship with the big bosses of ABS-CBN to secure their careers.
He cited that the man who allegedly wiretapped the conversation of Ong and Drilon also possibly wanted to impress the ABS-CBN executives.
IN THE SERVICE OF THE FILIPINO? huwag niyo kaming ululin! isang malaking kat*rantaduhan ang tagline na iyan. sarap pangalanan ang mga naghahari-harian sa loob. sarap pagsasampalin. puwes, namnamin ninyo ang KARMA na kinakaharap at haharapin pa ninyo in the future. sabi nga nila “when you’re up there’s no way but down”. ang tayog kasi ng lipad ng mga nakaupo diyan – feeling forever sila sa power,” he added.
Before ending his post, Sucaldito then revealed another big accusation against ABS-CBN, saying that some people were allowed themselves to be ‘touched’ by some big bosses of the Kapamilya network to have a good career.
On June 16, Ong revealed that he was banned from appearing to the shows of ABS-CBN because of his comment about the online petition showing support to the Kapamilya Network.
Ong said.
Aside from Ong, his colleague Drilon was also removed from ABS-CBN despite not giving any comments about the franchise issue.
