Grab Philippines finally shared the conclusion of their investigation regarding the complaint filed by their customer against one of their driver-partners.
In their statement, Grab said that they had already reviewed the audio recording taken during the incident, saying that they didn’t find any evidence to prove the claims of their customer Daniella Charlize Ramos.
It can be recalled that Ramos accused Jerricho Narvaez of fantasizing about her while they were driving.
“We have met with the passenger’s family and the driver-partner separately to share the findings of our investigation. During these discussions, we listened to their concerns and provided support on issues that required clarification,” Grab said.
They also vowed to compensate Narvaez for the income he lost during the suspension of his account.
As of writing, Ramos’ camp has yet to give any statement on the result of Grab’s investigation.
