Netizens couldn’t stop noticing how Senator Raffy Tulfo’s facial features suddenly changed.

The photos were taken during the Senate inquiry led by the Committee on Migrant Workers last Tuesday.

In the photos, some netizens noticed Tulfo’s face suddenly swollen and his eyebrows raised.

Some netizens theorized that he underwent some facial procedures, resulting in his face swell.

However, others expressed their concern that if Tulfo didn’t undergo any cosmetic procedure, his sudden face swelling may be a sign of underlying health problems.

As of writing, Tulfo has yet to explain why his face suddenly swelled.

Photos show that his face changed last December 2024 during the Senate’s Christmas break.
