Actress Heart Evangelista received criticism on social media after she called her pet ‘Queen P,’ the same alias being used by Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
In her Facebook post, Heart shared her date with her pet dog, Panda Escudero, who went viral last year after wearing a multi-million peso necklace that Pia also wore in one of her endorsements.
“Queen P finally made time for me [kiss emoji] @pandaongpaucoescudero,” said Heart.
The post received criticism from Pia’s fans, who called her out for allegedly comparing her dog to the beauty queen.
“Ang toxic mo unano ka. Perhaps the reason why God never allowed you to bear a child is because of your behavior,” a netizen told Heart.
It can be recalled that there were rumors that Heart and Pia were not on good terms after the actress’s former glam team was hired by the latter.
In a rare statement about the issue, Heart directly warned Pia about the people around here.
“In fact, I was one of those who cheered for her in the past. And I’d like to think that it was the same for her,” said Heart.
“But it’s the people that she chose to surround herself with for specific reasons that makes this whole thing problematic,” she added.
