Child star Carlo Mendoza, also known as ‘Gigil Kid, ‘ couldn’t hide his disappointment anymore with the administration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
In a video, Carlo was seen giving a speech in front of the attendees of a rally at the EDSA Shrine.
According to him, he was disappointed by the administration’s implementation of law and order in the country, including eradicating banned substances.
Carlo narrated that his family was ruined by his father, who was a ‘user.’
He claimed that the effects of illegal substances led his father to do something to one of their family members.
“Dahil sa dr*ga na pinapalaganap mo, ginah-sa ang ate ko nang dahil sa bisyo,” said Carlo. “Yun ang dahilan bakit nagawa ng tatay ko ang nagawa niya sa ate ko,”
Carlo then asked PBBM to resign because of his poor performance.
“Nananawagan ako sayo sa republika ng Pilipinas, sa Malacanang, na uulitin ko, mag-resign ka na,” said Carlo.
The child actor received praise from the netizens because of his passionate speech.
Carlo was discovered by Ion Perez and also appeared in several television shows.
