Eat Bulaga fans expressed their concern when they noticed the absence of television host and comedian Paolo Ballesteros on TV5’s top-rated noontime show.
Paolo’s absence sparked speculations that the comedian would leave Eat Bulaga.
However, Chiqui Ballesteros-Belen, Paolo’s sister, gave an update on what happened to her brother.
A video she published on social media showed Paolo had a case trigger finger.
A trigger finger is a condition that causes a finger to get stuck in a bent position. It may straighten suddenly with a snap. The fingers most often affected are the ring finger and the thumb, but the condition can affect any finger.
The video showed Paolo being treated by a physician.
According to Chiqui, Paolo’s finger was folded for three days straight, and he couldn’t work due to the pain he was experiencing.
