Some netizens were not happy with the prank made by Batang Quiapo casts Kim Domingo and Ate Gay during a show they held in Australia.
In a video uploaded by a fan, Kim asked the male audience member who was called to go on the stage to be blindfolded.
She then asked the audience for permission if she could kiss him.
The audience quickly agreed and was made to believe that it was Kim who would kiss him.
However, Kim stepped aside and let her co-actor Ate Gay, kiss the audience.
Netizens, especially those who were aware of Australian Law, were not happy with what the two artists did.
“WAIT WHAT!!!! THIS IS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!! First of all, inalam ba nila if single si Kuya kasi I would be SEETHING if I were his gf/wife? Also kadiri? Kaya sorry nalang pero wala din talagang respeto mga bakla minsan, walang consent gumagawang ganyang kalokohan,” a netizen said.
“They did that in Australia. Kuya can file S.A. May laban siya kung gusto nyan,” another netizei said.
“The organizers and the hosts should be held accountable. They should also be made aware of the full scope of consent,”
