Lian Paz’s partner, John Cabahug, said that he almost made a move to adopt Xonia and Xalene legally.
In an interview, John shared that sometimes, Xonia and Xalene used his surname when they were doing school activities, which prompted him to come up with the idea of adopting the children so they could use his surname anywhere.
However, John admitted that the process of adopting Xonia and Xalene would be challenging as they were required to ask for Paolo’s consent.
Pero ako, sobrang gusto ko,” he said.
Kaya sabi ko, in the right time siguro,” he added.
John has taken care of Xonia and Xalene for almost a decade now.
Meanwhile, Paolo admitted that he didn’t send any financial support to his children, but insisted that he was saving for them.
