A netizen affected by the flood couldn’t hide his frustration after a traffic enforcer apprehended him for not wearing proper gear.
In his Facebook post, Jecs Evangelista shared the photo of the ticket he received from the Valenzuela City Traffic Management Office after he was caught driving a motorcycle wearing only shorts and flip-flops.
He argued that he had no choice as all his clothes and belongings were wiped out by the flood.
Kahit konting pang-unawa lang muna???” he said.
“SER, MALAMANG NAKA-TSINELAS AKO AT SHORT, LUMUBOG NGA KASI ANG BAHAY NAMIN HANGGANG 2ND FLOOR. WALA KAMI NADALANG MARAMING DAMIT DAHIL MAS INUNA NAMIN SARILI NAMIN,” he added.
As of writing, the Valenzuela City Traffic Management Office has yet to give their response on the complaint made by the netizen.
