The resort, which went viral several months ago for offering unlimited swimming for people who could afford their “Pares,” was already up for sale.
In a Facebook post, R Mansion Resort & Restobar in Calauan, Laguna, offered the said establishment to potential buyers.
They also highlighted the 1-hectare resort’s amenities, which include a walk-in closet, gym, staff house, kennel for pets, pool, jacuzzi, billiard hall, events place, and huge parking.
They also mentioned that construction was pending on the establishment, which could be converted into a hotel or warehouse.
They didn’t disclose the amount of the property.
It can be recalled that Rosmar attempted to replicate the success of Deo Balbuena, a.k.a Diwata’s Pares business.
“ROSMAR PARES OVERLOAD P100 lang. UNLI SABAW, UNLI RICE may SOFTDRINKS na rin tapos UNLI SWIMMING pa! Sugod na sa R Mansion Resort & Restobar Calauan Laguna from 10 am to 12 am tayo,” Rosmar said on her post.
“Grabe puno lahat ng kubo at air-conditioned room tapos haba ng pila. ROSMAR PARES LAKAS MO. 6 pm pa lang pero grabe, dinadagsa na agad tayo. P100 lang talaga yan,” she added.
Rosmar didn’t disclose the reason why she was selling the resort.
