Director Ronaldo Carballo couldn’t hide his frustrations after Kim Domingo replaced Ivana Alawi as the new love interest of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo star and director Coco Martin.
In his Facebook post, Director Ronaldo Carballo badmouthed Kim and even said that GMA Network dumped her.
“Sayang kase, umalis na si Ivana Alawi sa show as Bubbles. Si Ivana na tunay na maganda, sexy, at tunay na mahusay na aktres,” Carballo wrote.
“Sana kumuha man lang sila ng kapalit ni Ivana na maganda rin talaga at mahusay pang aktres. Tulad nung pinalitan ni Ivana si Lovi Poe. Talagang tinalbugan nya ang prescense ni Lovi,” he added.
According to him, Kim would never reach any success in her career.
Kim has yet to respond to Carballo’s criticisms of her.
On July 17, Batang Quiapo revealed Kim’s new character on the show.
She portrayed Madonna, who quickly went head-to-head with Coco’s character, Tanggol.
People behind Batang Quiapo vowed that Kim’s addition to the show would make the story more action-packed.
In a social media post, Kim expressed her surprise at how hard it was to perform action scenes but was thankful to receive such a break.
