Ivana Alawi disclosed why she was leaving the ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo cast.’
In a statement, PPL Entertainment Inc., which managed Ivana, said that the social media personality was set to leave the show this month.
The publicist of PPL Entertainment said that Ivana was not hungry to work in the showbiz industry.
“It’s true na mawawala na siya sa Batang Quiapo dahil ayaw na! Pagod na! That’s the statement na sinabi sa akin. Ayaw na, pagod na. Pagod na siguro si Ivana. Kung papansinin ninyo si Ivana hindi naman talaga siya ‘yong ano, ang gagamitin kong term hayok o ‘yong anong-ano na magka-project,” PPL Entertainment’s publicist Rose said.
Even veteran columnist Cristy Fermin repeated the information, saying that Ivana was tired of doing projects.
It was recalled that some sources claimed that Ivana was no longer happy with doing her acting job.
She also rarely smiled or interacted with the Batang Quiapo production staff, which some people badly interpreted.
According to a source, Ivana was being asked to do some overtime, which the latter didn’t always oblige.
