According to Mark, he was on good terms with Kris and didn’t have any bad blood with the television host.

“As Kris said we’re still ‘friendly.’ Sa totoo lang, wala naman nagbago sa akin, at wala din naman akong sama ng loob at hihinakit sa kanya. As a matter of fact, I am in the States now, while Bimb is back home,” he said.

“I assured Kris, Bimb, Kris’s sisters, and their household help in Orange County that if there’s anything I can do for them, I’ll be there. If I am needed in any way, I will make myself available for them immediately,” he added.

It can be recalled that Mark claimed before that he reconciled with Kris after their first breakup.

However, in an interview with Ogie Diaz, Kris denied that a reconciliation happened between them.

“Yes definitely, walang balikan na mangyayari,” said Kris. “Nagkalabuan na magmula November. Sinubukang ayusin pero may mga nalaman ako na hindi ko gusto,”

Kris also confirmed that her boyfriend was a Filipino doctor who’s based in the Philippines, saying that she could now go home as she was sure that someone would take care of her condition.

“He’s part of the reasons why I’m confident na pwede akong umuwi, kasi alam ko na there’s someone who will help in taking care of me. So obviously, by saying that, alam na nila na he’s a doctor based in the Philippines — in Makati,” she said.
