Actor Sandro Muhlach finally named the two ‘independent contractors’ who allegedly forced him to sleep with them after the GMA Gala 2024.
According to GMA, Sandro finally filed formal charges against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, who were initially tagged as ‘executives’ of the Kapuso network.
“GMA Network has just received a formal complaint from Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach against two GMA independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz. Recognizing the seriousness of the alleged incident, GMA Network had already initiated its own investigation even before receiving the formal complaint,” the GMA statement read.
“Respecting Sandro’s request for confidentiality, the investigating body will withhold all details of the formal investigation until its conclusion. The Network assures the public and all stakeholders of its commitment to conducting this investigation with the highest standards of fairness and impartiality,” they added.
According to the reports, Nones and Cruz allegedly asked Sandro to accompany them, which the actor initially refused.
However, due to the position of the two executives, Sandro heed to the request without knowing that his drink was mixed with a sleeping pill.
Sandro then brought to the room of the two executives where the act happened.
Talent manager and showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz confirmed the reports.
Sandro’s father, Nino Muhlach, has already hired lawyers to handle the case.
Meanwhile, Nones and Cruz’s camp have yet to give an official statement on the issue.
