In an interview, Zamora said that their resident, Lexter Castro, a.k.a ‘Boy Dila,’ cannot be charged as the ordinance didn’t disallow teasing during the fiesta.

Zamora also said that someone should file a complaint against Castro before they start investigating the latter.

It can be recalled that Castro openly admitted that he didn’t follow the delivery rider’s request not to pour water on him.

As of writing, Castro was now enjoying his new-found fame and became a content creator.
