Self-proclaimed entrepreneur and philanthropist Francis Leo Marcos talked about internet sensation Deo Balbuena, better known as Diwata.
In one of his Facebook lives, Francis, who gained his freedom last year, couldn’t hide his disappointment at how Diwata was consumed by his fame.
Francis believed that Diwata should have become more kind and helpful to others due to the blessings he received after he became an instant celebrity.
Francis was referring to a viral video where Diwata refused to greet a customer who’s celebrating his birthday, saying that his special day would eventually pass.
He also reminded Diwata of how his fame started due to the ordinary people who covered his daily activities.
“Yung isang daang piso ang bumuhay sa’yo noong ika’y walang-wala,” he stated.
As of writing, Diwata has yet to give a response to Francis, who went viral several years ago due to his philanthropic activities.
