Several fans of Crissia Liaging expressed their support for the content creator despite the criticism she received on social media regarding her interaction with Andi Eigenmann’s partner, Philmar Alipayo.
Several days ago, Crissia posted a video of herself and Philmar, which received thousands of reactions from the netizens.
The video received different interpretations from netizens after she used a romantic song as background music.
Crissia denied being attracted to Philmar and only wanted to meet him due to her interest in professional surfing.
Andi then released a response, which some netizens believed was a criticism of Crissia’s alleged clout-chasing.
However, a netizen said that Crissia should not be blamed for the issue, as they believed that Philmar was trying to be “clingy” with the content creator.
According to the netizen who introduced herself as an associate of the content creator, Crissia was already trying to leave after taking a photo with Philmar, but the professional surfer wanted to continue their interaction.
“They know each other and walang something sa kanila, gusto lang nilang mag-enjoy at mag bonding,” the netizen said.
“Hindi naman kasalanan ng amo ko kung clingy si Philmar sa kanya,” she added.
As of writing, Philmar has yet to give a statement on the issue.
