Willie Revillame was reportedly returning to TV5 as a television host as part of the media company’s mission to dominate the noontime show ratings amid the rumors of It’s Showtime’s transfer to GMA Network.
Information was circulated on social media about the plan of GMA to replace ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ with It’s Showtime to match TV5’s Eat Bulaga.
In a report released by Bilyonaryo, Revillame was seen posing together with Mediaquest and Cignal president President Jane Basas, TV5 President Guido Zaballero, Mediaquest CFO John Andal, and Cignal VP for channel and content Sienna Olaso.
Revillame could also be seen together with Atty. Enrique “Buko” Dela Pena of Divina Law, who represented TVJ on their trademark battle against Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) Inc.

According to the report, Revillame was expected to have a show with TV5 in the noontime slot after Eat Bulaga.
Many netizens believed that Revillame’s return on television may change his plans for the 2025 elections.
It can be recalled that he had already announced his plan to get a senate seat after several years of not producing a show.
As of writing, Willie has yet to give a statement on his partnership with TV5.
