Kylie Padilla posted a short message amid the rift between President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and former President Rodrigo Duterte.
In her post, Kylie said she was sad about what was happening in the country.
“Ang lungkot ko lng para sa pilipinas hay,” said Kylie.
Some of Kylie’s fans also thought the same.
Kylie was the daughter of Sen. Robin Padilla, a close ally of the Dutertes.

It can be recalled that the rift between the Marcoses and the Dutertes created division among the netizens on social media.
The issue started when Duterte accused Marcos of being on the PDEA’s watchlist.
Duterte also disappointed Marcos by allowing the People Initiative to proceed despite the controversy surrounding it.
Meanwhile, Marcos said that Duterte’s mind might not sound anymore as he was taking Fentanyl.
However, Duterte said that he already stopped taking the said medicine a long time ago and even challenged Marcos to do a test together.
