Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin talked about the rumored problem between celebrity couple Yen Santos and Paolo Contis.
Paolo went viral recently on social media after his videos while having ‘sweet moments’ with his co-host Arra San Agustin circulated, sparking speculations that the actor had already found his next target.
While Paolo insisted that his gestures towards Arra were only part of the script, netizens couldn’t stop asking if the two were already having special feelings for each other.
In her program ‘Showbiz Now Na!,’ Cristy and his co-hosts Rommel Chika and Wendell Alvarez talked about the possible effects Yen experienced while watching her boyfriend being sweet to another woman on national television.
“Ang daming nagsasabi na walang manloloko kung walang magpapaloko,” said Cristy. “Alam niyo na nga ang track record tapos lumalapit pa kayo,”
Cristy also said that people cannot be blamed if they think Paolo had other intentions for Arra.
The veteran columnist also talked about the possibility that Yen’s action in the past was already taking a toll on her.
“Di ba noong naghiwalay sila ni LJ [Reyes] ang sinasabi ng mga tao, ‘Hay naku, Yen, karma is just around a corner. ‘Yun ang sinusumbat sa kaniya [Yen] ngayon ng mga tao,” she said.
As of writing, Yen has yet to give any statement on the issue.
