The Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas Inc. (KSMBPI) has filed multiple charges against Vivamax talents AJ Raval, Ayanna Misola, and Azi Acosta for allegedly spreading revealing content online.
According to the group, the actresses posted content that the general public should not consume on social media.
They said that even minors could access the contents, which should not be allowed.
“Nowadays, there have been countless proliferation of immoral and indecent shows, clips, TikTok, vlogs, and videos, among others, that are being streamed on social media and sometimes in traditional media,” the group said.
“The worst part of it all is that these are unregulated and accessible by any person, including the youth – children and even minors who are tech-savvy on various social media platforms,” they added.
The group also said that they already filed charges against another Vivamax actress, Angeli Khang.
As of writing, Viva Communications Inc. has yet to respond to the charges filed by the group against their talents.
It can be recalled that the same group also engaged in a legal battle with Vice Ganda, Ion Perez, and Toni Fowler.
They’re also accused of being connected to the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) and influencing the decisions of the agency.
