Kapuso actor Jak Roberto launched his first business, JC Essentials, a new men’s skincare and personal care brand.
On October 19, 2023, Jak and his colleagues launched several products for men, including glutathione charcoal soap ‘JCoal.’
“Sobrang dami po ng pinagdaanan namin bago mabuo itong products na ito. As in, kami po mismo ‘yung nag-try nung masculine wash. Nakailang try po kami hanggang sa ma-perfect po namin. Of course, ‘yung gluta charcoal soap na talaga namang unang test pa lang in-approve na kaagad namin. Sana ma-try n’yo…” he said.
Jak also opened his small office, which would become his brand’s headquarters.
“Get ready to experience a whole new level of productivity and positive vibes! Join us as we bless our new office space for My New Business Venture,” said Jak.
He said he would start his business humbly by doing online selling by himself.

The actor shared that one of his dreams was to build his business before his 30s.
Meanwhile, Jak’s girlfriend, Barbie Forteza, expressed her support for the actor’s new venture.
“Congratulations, mahal ko! @jakroberto. I’m so proud of you! You’ve always wanted to have your own business and now you’ve made it come true! Enjoy every moment. You deserve it. Mahal na mahal kita,” she wrote.
