Content creator and artist Toni Fowler released a statement after being charged by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KSMBPI).
It can be recalled that the KSMBPI, which advocated responsible content creation, filed several charges against Fowler due to the alleged incident acts performed by the influencer on her music video ‘KPL.’
Atty. Mark Tolentino, the legal counsel of KSMBPI, said that Fowler should be held responsible for the music video she published.
However, Fowler believed that KSMBPI had no right to control the contents she created.
Fowler also insisted that they ensure during the video production that they were not committing something against the law.
She also vowed to face the charges filed by the group against her.
