Goodbye Hollywood? Liza Soberano nag-aaral ng Korean para sumubok na pumasok sa South Korean showbiz

Liza Soberano admitted that she was currently studying Korean in preparation for her attempt to build a career in South Korea.

In an interview with Pep.ph, Liza revealed that she was already working with a Korean production company, but admitted that she was having difficulties in communicating with them.

According to her, she lost many opportunities because of not knowing Korean so she decided to study it.

“I’ve actually met with a lot of production companies, a lot of agents and managers, and [they all showed] interest. Pero, sabi nila, balikan ko sila kapag nakakasalita na ko ng Korean,” she said.

“I can speak a little now because I kept coming back too often [to Korea]. I’m doing lessons with their language. I’m really taking it seriously,” she added.

It can be recalled that Liza expressed her desire to enter Hollywood, but it seems that she already changed her mind.

Liza’s decision to leave her career in the Philippines received criticism from his fans, even from her former talent manager Ogie Diaz.

However, many fans were still hoping that Liza’s effort to enter the K-entertainment industry would bear fruit as the actress was also a big fan of the Korean showbiz industry.
