Despite being opposed by her mother Izzy Aragon-Trazona, Andrei Trazona received support from her father Michael Navarro.
Andrei whose name is now Sofia revealed his identity as a member of the LGBT for the first time and even declared herself as a drag queen.
While Izzy, a former dancer, criticized the decision of her daughter, Michael said that he had no problem with Sofia’s new identity as long as she’s not doing bad to other people.
“Wala naman akong ibang naisip na masama sa ginawa nya… as long as sya yun eh…Hindi sya gumagawa ng masama sa kapwa nya…Tuloy lang nya yung pangarap nya…” Michael said.
It can be recalled that Izzy said that she wanted to stop her son from being drag queen because of her religious beliefs.
“Sino ba naman magulang ang gustong mapahamak ang anak? When all your motive is to save them sa mas masakit na pwede nilang maranasan. Ang buhay na wala si Kristo,” Izzy said.
“Andrei anak, I love you so much to not support you on things that will harm you. I am always here for you…your mama, mahal na mahal kita,” she added.
Meanwhile, Sofia admitted that her mother didn’t support her even from the start and she lied during an interview where she said that the former dancer was supporting of her.
