Veteran actress Janice Jurado couldn’t hide her disappointment towards an actor who wanted her to be removed from the cast of Batang Quiapo.

In a series of Facebook posts last August 8, Janice addressed the actor she refused to name, saying that the latter should just focus on improving their acting skills.

She also expressed her trust in Batang Quiapo’s leading actor and director Coco Martin’s decision on settling the issue.

Janice portrayed the character ‘Mama Janeth,’ a club owner in Quiapo where ‘Mokang,’ the character being played by Lovie Poe was working.

It can be recalled that Janice claimed that she had a relationship with Lovi’s father, Fernando Poe Jr.

However, several staff of Batang Quiapo expressed their disappointment with Janice’s claims, saying that the veteran actress should show her respect to Lovi by not talking about the late actor.

The source even claimed that Coco was disappointed with the story shared by the actress.
