Veteran talent manager and columnist Lolit Solis urged Willie Revillame not to forcefully return on television and clash with other noontime shows.
In her Instagram post, Lolit said that Willie must stop insisting to return as a television host if there were signs already that his popularity was fading.
According to him, he should return if the public was already asking for his comeback.
“Kay Willie Revillame naman may constructive na payo naman ako, huwag ipilit kung medyo nag slide ka na as an entertainer. Hintayin mo na lang ulit na hanapin ka ng tao bago bumalik sa harap ng kamera,” said Lolit.
“Huwag ipilit kung talagang hindi ka na hinahanap ng tao. Pahinga muna. Mag isip ng mga bagong jokes. Tignan uli kung ano gusto ng manunuod. Puwede naman pahinga muna. Huwag pasok ng pasok pag di mo pa oras dahil hindi pa interesado mga tao sa iyo,” she added.
There were reports that Willie was talking to a government-owned PTV channel to give him a slot for noontime so he could compete with E.A.T, Eat Bulaga and It’s Showtime.
However, several observers believed that Willie might fail again like what happened to him when he left his prosperous career on GMA Network for AllTV.
