Vice Ganda had reportedly given an ultimatum to his controversial talent Awra Briguela, who got involved in a heated confrontation at Poblacion Makati last month.
In her online show, veteran columnist Cristy Fermin and her co-hosts Rommel Chika and Wendell Alvarez discussed the aftermath of the incident that put Awra’s career into limbo.
Cristy praised Vice for being a responsible talent manager who’s ready to discipline his ‘alaga’ for what he had done.
“Para magtanda, para magkaroon ng leksyon kasi lumalabas eh… Kapag lumalabis talagang pinapalos, katulad nung pinaniwala ni Awra Briguela ang kanyang pamilya na nakatira siya kay Vice Ganda, hindi naman pala totoo. Anim na buwan na doon daw siya nakatira sa condo ni Vice, at doon pala sa barkada niya nakikipagbarkadahan tong si Awra,” she said.
Rommel then expressed regret over what happened to Awra.
“Sayang, binago siya ng kasikatan,” said Rommel.
Cristy said that Awra wasted many opportunities because of prioritizing his friends.
According to Cristy, it was included in Vice’s ultimatum that he would sever his ties with Awra if his talent made another mistake again.
Until today, Awra refused to give any statement about the issue and observers were expecting that Vice would not let his talent speak for now.
