Bea Alonzo reacts to being replaced by her ex’s girlfriend Julia Barretto on a project: “Hindi na karapat-dapat na pag-usapan pa.”

Bea Alonzo reacted to the rumors that the people behind her postponed project with Alden Richards intentionally replaced her with Julia Barretto.

Bea and Alden were supposed to be paired on the Filipino adaptation of the South Korean movie A Moment to Remember.

It can be recalled that Julia was the current girlfriend of Bea’s ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.

Julia was also suspected to be the reason why Bea and Gerald separated.

“Your heartbreak should have been a private matter, but you have selfishly turned it into something of national concern. Bea, you wanted to keep your hands clean by not mentioning me in your controversial post, but with a click of a finger, in your sly way, you have charged everybody to destroy me FOR YOU.” Julia told Bea in 2019.

Bea’s replacement with Julia fueled the issue again, so the press couldn’t stop themselves from asking about her reaction to the decision of the producers.

According to Bea, the issue was already over a long time ago, so it’s not right for them to discuss it further.

“Wala naman akong… eto, ang totoo, dahil wala na ako sa project, ayoko rin bigyan ng kahit na anong meaning. Unang-una, wala na ako sa project at wala na rin ako sa relasyon na yun. Matagal na… matagal na tayong naka-move on lahat.” said Bea.

“Siguro, parang hindi na karapat-dapat na pag-usapan pa. At yun nga, paulit-ulit kong sasabihin, everything that’s meant for me will not pass me by and what’s meant for me will find its way.” she added.
