Despite saying that he’s not planning to compete with E.A.T and It’s Showtime, Eat Bulaga host Paolo Contis couldn’t stop himself from celebrating the rating increase of their noontime show.
It can be recalled that Eat Bulaga increased its rating, placing second among the three noontime shows on July 3, while its competitors, E.A.T and It’s Showtime, suffered a decrease in popularity.
“Fight fight fight,” Paolo said in his Instagram story, showing the noontime show rating last July 3.
Netizens criticized Paolo for celebrating, especially when the latter had already told in the past that he was not trying to compete with other shows.
It can be recalled that Paolo said that there’s no point in competing with other shows, especially with the TVJ.
It will be very very challenging.” said Paolo.
“Mahirap tapatan yung 44 years na nakasanayan. Kami bukas, para sa amin celebration. First month namin bukas. Monthsary namin bukas.” he added.
