Comedienne Pokwang announced her intention to sell her beach house located at a tourist spot in the province of Bataan.
In her Instagram post, Pokwang said that she’s already planning to sell her three-story Camaya Coast property.
It can be recalled that Pokwang bought the said property when she was still in a relationship with her former partner Lee O’Brian.
The house features a pool and overlooking view of the West Philippine Sea and the mountains of Bataan.
According to her, she’s planning to buy a new property in Batangas.
“Planning to sell this Camaya property at maghahanap ako sa bandang batangas nalang, plano palang naman haaayyyy hirap maging tourist spot hahahhaha,” she said.

It’s not yet known why Pokwang suddenly decided to sell the property that she bought in 2021.
Some netizens speculated that Pokwang preferred a more private place that was not being visited by tourists.
“Dame lagi nagpupunta dyan? I think u prefer yung place na silent mode lang noh? But I can say maganda dyan sa Camaya and talagang Malaki Ang future growth pa,” netizen @nonoasi said.
Other followers of Pokwang urged the comedienne not to sell it immediately to let its value increase.
