Television host Sugar Mercado answered the netizens who were asking if she really had a relationship with her former boss Willie Revillame.
Sugar who became popular as one of the hosts of Eat Bulaga returned to television after becoming one of the hosts of Willie’s show Wowowin.
Netizens couldn’t stop noticing the closeness between Sugar and Willie, sparking rumors that the two were dating.
However, during a press conference for her latest project, Sugar denied that she had a relationship with the popular television host.
Sugar was wondering why she was the only one being linked to Willie despite the fact that many people received help from the host.
She also denied that she had a child with the host.
“Ano ‘yon, dyowa? Huwag n’yong ipagpilitan ang iniisip n’yo!” Sugar said.
In another interview, the 33-year-old dancer said that she was thankful for the help she received from Willie.
“Ako, kahit anong mangyari sa future or what, ipagdadasal ko siya lagi, araw-araw, na humaba pa yung buhay niya dahil sobrang ang dami pa niyang matutulungan na taong salat sa buhay tsaka gusto ng pag-asa.” she stated.
As of writing, Willie has yet to respond to the rumors about his real score with Sugar.
