Motivational Speaker Rendon Labador, gives a lesson to the people who attended his meet & greet in his restaurant at Episode Bar + Kitchen on April 15.
According to him, influencers are becoming popular now on social media because they’re showing their true personality, and many of their followers can relate on them.
“‘Rendon bakit ganyan ginagawa mo?
Labador, who became controversial because of his statement that gained negative publicity on social media, said that the personality he was showing on the internet was part of his strategy to grow his business.
Remember, attention, susunod ‘yung sales, ‘susunod ‘yung benta. Kung nasaan ‘yung attention, susunod ‘yung pera, gets mo? Kung sino ‘yung pinakasikat, yun ang babayaran.” he said.
“So ang rule dito ay kailangan mo ng attention, attention, attention.” he added.
However, he noticed that some influencers were lacking something and only knew how to gather attention.
“The problem is, hindi nila kayang i-convert ‘yung attention.
