Ara Mina finally responded to her rumoured rift with her sister Christine Reyes.
In an interview with Marites University, Ara admitted that she felt sad about what her sister said.
However, she clarified that her relationship with her sister was fine.
But she was worried that Christine’s statement would reach their mother.
Fortunately, they convinced their mother to ignore the statement of her sister.
Ara then revealed that her mother has many problems that might contribute to her attitude.
She also believed that Christine only wanted to be taken care of.
“Kaya feeling mo hindi ka naalagaan kasi stress ‘yung mommy mo, iba iba kasi yung personality natin and how will you take it, eh siya [Christine] dala dala parin niya hanggang ngayon,” she said.
It can be recalled that Christine’s statement in 2021 went viral after she admitted that she was not happy living with her biological mother.
“Ever since I moved to my biological mom, I felt that I didn’t have a voice. So as much as possible, I don’t really talk,” Christine said.
“I was very neglected when I was a child, at six years old. I remember whenever there’s a problem, I would constantly hear words, ‘You never should have been born,” she added.
