Motivational speaker Rendon Labador shared his two new projects as part of his plan to extend his restaurant and bar business.
In his Facebook post, the controversial influencer showed a photo of the construction of the second brand of Episode Bar + Kitchen in Clark, Pampanga.
He also showed a photo of the construction of a roof deck bar located in Quezon City.
Labador also said that his two new projects were open for investors who wanted to grow their money.
“Episode 2 in Clark Pampanga! 600sqm 24 hours sports bar/ fine dinning restaurant located at the ground floor of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls Clark Cityfront Mall is now open for investors! 2.5M = 10% Net Share (Perpetual Contract)” Labador said.

However, Labador received mostly laughs react from the netizens because of his negative social media image.
It can be remembered that Labador received criticism because of his statements against public personalities, including Coco Martin.
The opening of the main branch of Episode Bar + Kitchen last month was also considered a flop after not selling tickets due to his unpopularity.
He’s also being criticized for the pricing of his extra rice, which costs P100.
Despite the negative publicity he was receiving, he never fail to make his restaurant trending on social media.
