John Riel Casimero, bigong maibenta ang kanyang WBO belt kay Boss Toyo sa halagang 1.2-M pesos

Former WBO World Bantamweight champion John Riel Casimero has been featured in Jayson Luzadas a.k.a Boss Toyo’s online program Pinoy Pawnstars’.

Casimero’s who’s popularly known as ‘Angas ng Pinas’ decided to offer his controversial WBO championship belt to the rapper and businessman.

It can be recalled that WBO decided to strip the title of Casimero that he held for three years after he fail to do his title defense against Paul Butler.

He got the title after defeating Zolani Tate in 2019.

When the host asked Casimero why he was selling his belt, he said that he would just get another from other world champions in his future matches.

“Ibebenta ko to kay Boss Toyo kasi bagay to sa kanya,” Casimero said.

Casimero said that he was willing to sell the belt for 1.2 million pesos.

The content creator said that P1.2-M was a fair offer, especially since Casimero was a world champion.

However, Luzadas said that he’s still required to negotiate the price to make it lower to earn profit.

From P1.2-M he then offered to buy the belt for P400,000.

The former boxing champion refused the offer of Luzadas, but the latter vowed that he would buy it for P1.2-M if he ever that Casimero win his match this coming May.

Aside from his belt, Luzadas also expressed his interest in the boxing short of Casimero.

The rapper then offered to buy the short for P100,000 which the boxing champion decided to take.

The episode gained 1.2-M views as of writing.

It also fueled speculations from the netizens who were questioning why Casimero decided to sell his belt.

“Mukang NagParty Party Masyado Ang Kampeon? At Naisipang Ibenta Ang Pwede Yang Itago Bilang Memorabilya Ng Kanyang Pagiging Kampeon?” netizen Vincent said.
