Aj Raval shared that her father former action star Jeric Raval was aware by her mature roles in Vivamax and even watched one of her movies.
During the press conference for her movie ‘Hugas’ Aj said that she was the one who volunteered to show her latest project to Jeric.
It can be recalled that ‘Hugas’ is an action movie with added some mature elements.
“Malakas naman loob ko na ipanood ko siya sa tatay ko. He was happy about it. It’s like this is the first time that he felt proud of all the projects I’ve done.” she said.
“Because this is an action movie, sinuportahan naman ng tatay ko. And his feedback is very important to me.” she added.
“Gusto kong makilala hindi lang sa pagpapa-sexy, siyempre gusto ko makilala na magaling sa acting at may talent. Yun yung gino-goal namin ni Sean this year. Napag-usapan namin yun. Gusto pa namin lumawak yung career namin,” she admitted.
Raval also wanted to be recognized for her acting skills.

It can be recalled that Jeric opposed the career chosen by her daughter but later on she decided to just accept it.
“Bilang ama, walang may gusto na yung anak niya ay nagpapakita ng balat at pa-sexy, kasi alam ko kung ano ang naglalaro sa isipan ng mga lalake,” Jeric said.
