After their breakup with internet celebrity Joel Mondina, also known as ‘Pambansang Kolokoy,’ Marites Mondina temporarily left the vlogging world to focus on her job.
It can be recalled that millions of netizens subscribed to watch the bonding between Joel and Marites. Still, it all ended after the male internet celebrity allegedly decided to leave his family for another woman.
Months after her social media hiatus, Marites suddenly appeared and became a regular part of the content creator ‘Wander Z Vlogs.’
Fans couldn’t hide their happiness after seeing Marites being active again on social media and creating new content again.
However, some netizens questioned why Marites didn’t make her vlog and just appeared in videos owned by another content creator.
In a video uploaded by Wander Z on February 15, Marites finally addressed the question of the netizens. They told her colleagues that they were only using her to gain views.
“You guys are using me to be in your videos para lang marami ang mga viewers niyo diba. Totoo naman diba,” Marites said.
The man behind the vlog, Zoireen Raymundo, and another guest Raf ‘ChoozeOne’ Bautista, started to feel nervous when Marites began questioning them.
ChoozeOne then explained to Marites that they were only helping her reach her followers online.
“Ipaliwanag lang natin na hindi kami gumagawa ng vlogs para lang for the views din pero para matulungan ka rin namin and ‘yung mga subscribers na naghahanap sa’yo,” the rapper told Marites.
In the end, Marites and Zoireen noticed that ChoozeOne started to become nervous, so they declared that they were only pranking the rapper.
